Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to power and accelerate the talent and leadership strategy for the Cloud Sales Center and Global Deal Strategy programs. You will partner with two AWS organizations to diagnose, design, and implement people solutions that improve customer outcomes and organizational effectiveness.

You will influence senior leaders, craft workforce plans, and coach leadership teams while navigating change across a high-velocity, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR, HR Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with global teams and talent management in a global org.

Responsibilities

• Organizational design aligned with business strategy and culture, enabling inclusive decision-making.
• Coach and advise senior leaders and leadership teams to strengthen management abilities and talent pipelines.
• Drive change management through listening, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build long-term workforce plans and talent pipelines aligned with CSC and GDSP objectives.
• Address employee relations issues with fairness and discretion.
