Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to translate business strategy into people actions, lead workforce planning, employee and labor relations, and performance management across a multi-site organization.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and talent development while guiding HR programs and change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in HRBP/generalist or labor relations roles.
• At least 2 years supporting a group under a collective bargaining agreement.
• Experience developing and managing innovative HR programs and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Interact with designated leaders to execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide integrated talent management solutions including workforce planning, performance, compensation and succession planning.
• Lead or participate in special projects as assigned.
