Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead a high-impact HR team within the PXT organization at a Springfield, VA facility. You will blend strategic leadership with hands-on execution to enhance employee experience, culture, and risk management.

You will partner with senior leaders to implement talent strategies, drive analytics-driven decisions, and scale HR programs across functions, balancing automation and human judgment in sensitive matters.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
5+ years of human resources or mix of equivalent experiences, or 5+ years HR experience.
Experience in making data driven business decisions.
Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals, coaching them to elevate beyond tactical execution to become strategic partners.
Drive a culture of proactive risk identification and mitigation by establishing early warning systems and data insights.
Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health; drive innovation in HR practices.
Partner with business leadership to develop and execute integrated talent strategies and succession planning.
Lead your team in effective use of analytics and AI tools to uncover patterns and drive data-informed decisions.
Set goals for culture transformation; strengthen organizational health and leadership effectiveness.
Drive strategic adoption of HR technology to enable efficiency while preserving high-touch support.
