Amazon.com Services LLC’s AWS Support People eXperience Team is seeking a Principal HRBP to shape talent strategy and organizational design in an AI-enabled environment. You will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into people plans that accelerate product delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

The role leads strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and change management across global teams, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRBP or related experience in operations.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization.
• Experience leading global teams.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results.
• Experience leading design teams in problem definition, artifact rendering, cross-functional collaboration and delivery, and user validation and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Function as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to the leadership team; translate business needs into HR plans that accelerate product delivery and customer wins.
• Leverage knowledge of business landscape and trends to tailor people-focused solutions and drive business outcomes.
• Design, recommend, and implement effective organization structures aligned with business strategy and culture.
• Evaluate organizational changes and create mechanisms to measure impact and adjust as needed.
• Partner with leaders to design strategic workforce plans for an AI-enabled organization.
• Drive adaptation by continuously learning and developing new skills to support growth.
• Use employee sentiment data to identify risks and inform change plans and de-risk the business.
• Support experimentation in people systems and measure effectiveness.
