• Strong onboarding, employee relations, and performance-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise program leaders and AI Practice Leads on performance, employee concerns, role expectations, and team needs.
• Clarify ownership of questions between fellow managers, host organizations, and program team.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend changes to guidance, policies, or program operations.
• Handle employee concerns with care and consistency; document facts and escalate significant issues.
