Job summary

CodePath is hiring a Senior People Operations Coordinator for Claude Corps. This remote US role supports onboarding for fellows, tracks progress, maintains records, and coordinates payroll and benefits with the HR partner and program teams.

You will be the primary point of contact for fellows, handling inquiries, reminders, and policy questions while helping scale onboarding processes for larger cohorts.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating high-volume onboarding or HR processes with time-sensitive requirements.
• Familiarity with HRIS/PEO systems and quick learning of new tools.
• Strong organization, detail-orientation, and record-keeping skills.
• Warm, clear communication and focus on positive employee experience.
• Judgment handling confidential information and policy matters.
• Experience using AI/automation to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day onboarding for Claude Corps fellows from offer to employment steps.
• Maintain records, track progress, and ensure on-time start dates.
• Manage onboarding tracker and escalate deficiencies as needed.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR partners, and program teams on clearances and benefits.
• Act as primary contact for fellows and provide timely guidance.
