Job summary

CodePath is seeking an HR leader to advise program leaders, own onboarding for cohorts, and manage employee relations across multi-state employment, ensuring a compliant and positive experience for all staff.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of progressive HR experience, including time as an HR business partner advising on performance and conduct.
• Experience running onboarding at volume and managing multi-state employment requirements.
• Strong communication, documentation, and process improvement skills.
