Job summary

Honor is seeking a Senior Director of People Partners to lead a fully remote HRBP function and partner with senior leaders to architect scalable people solutions. You will manage a small team of HRBPs, raise leadership quality, and drive organizational effectiveness through design and data-driven insights.

You will own employee relations for our remote HQ and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to sharpen hiring criteria, with compensation reflecting experience and market needs.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of progressive HR experience, with senior HRBP/HR leadership exposure.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred; professional HR certification is a plus.
• Experience in a regulated/compliance-sensitive environment; multi-state US employment law fluency.
• Experience translating business strategy into org design; built scalable HR infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Raise manager and leadership quality by building coaching infrastructure and succession planning.
• Drive organizational effectiveness through org design, clear roles, decision rights, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build scalable HR solutions using data and emerging tech to improve engagement, retention, performance, and effectiveness.
