Job summary

CodePath is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for the Claude Corps program. You will partner with program leaders and AI Practice Leads to manage onboarding at cohort scale, handle employee relations, and guide managers through performance and policy issues. You will oversee onboarding, coordinate with a Sr.

People Operations Coordinator, and balance multiple cohorts. The role operates remotely within the United States and reports to the Head of People, with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Seven years of progressive HR experience, including advising managers on performance, conduct, and sensitive employee situations.
• Experience running onboarding at volume and across multiple states.
• Experience with hourly, nonexempt employees and HR records, payroll, and leave processes.
• PEO experience is a strong plus.
• Managed or trained staff doing HR or onboarding work.
• Able to build structure in a growing program while handling overlapping deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise program leaders and AI Practice Leads on performance and employee concerns, helping managers set clear expectations.
• Clarify ownership of questions between fellow managers, host organizations, and program team.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend changes to guidance, policies, or how the program operates.
