Job summary

CodePath is expanding its Claude Corps program and seeks a coordinator to manage day-to-day onboarding for fellows. You will guide fellows from signed offer through employment steps, maintain records, and coordinate payroll and benefits setup.

You will work with recruiting, program teams, Finance, and HR service providers to ensure accurate, on-time onboarding while upholding confidentiality and a positive fellow experience.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating high-volume onboarding and HR processes with time-sensitive requirements.
• Familiarity with HRIS or PEO systems and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with experience maintaining accurate records, trackers, and deadlines.
• Clear, warm communication and commitment to positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fellow onboarding across cohorts from offer to completion of employment steps, including tracking and benefits enrollment.
• Maintain centralized onboarding tracker and escalate potential delays or issues.
• Serve as primary contact for onboarding questions and send instructions/reminders to fellows.
• Collaborate with Finance, Recruiting, program teams, and HR service providers to improve processes and accuracy.
