Job summary

Partner Company is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. The role will also oversee the fellowship program and contribute to learning and development efforts across a fully remote organization.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in HR, strong policy advisory skills, and proficiency with BambooHR and MS Office. This position supports a robust People & Culture team committed to equity and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR experience across talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations.
• Strong judgment and communication skills; able to advise managers on HR policies.
• Experience with BambooHR or comparable HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job descriptions through selection, offers, and onboarding.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding, performance management cycles, and HR data integrity.
• Oversee the fellowship program and support learning and development initiatives.
