Hyundai MOBIS Parts America is seeking a Sr. HRBP, Recruiting to lead end-to-end recruitment at our Headquarters facility.
This role supports hiring for multiple functions, manages the sourcing process, coordinates with managers, and ensures compliance and documentation, including I-9/visa processes. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of recruitment experience, holds a Bachelor’s degree, and may have PHR/SHRM certification.

Tomorrow's most advanced automotive technology is being envisioned today at MOBIS Parts America (MPA). A subsidiary of Hyundai MOBIS, we are a top leading automotive parts supplier. MPA provides after-sales service parts support for Hyundai Motors, Kia Motors, and Genesis. In addition to the distribution of genuine service parts, the MPA Accessories division develops accessories for Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis - which are installed on new vehicles in the United States and Canada.

Field questions from employees and managers regarding policy interpretation
Respond to policy/procedure inquiries within the hour when possible
Update Employee Handbook or Company Policies within 72 hours of final approval
Communicate policy and procedure changes to the organization within 48 hours of final approval
Key Performance Indicators
Projects managed to completion, delivered on time, with quality results
Prioritize special projects without delay in daily duties
