Hyundai MOBIS Parts America (MPA) is seeking a Sr. HRBP, Recruiting at our Headquarters in Fountain Valley, CA. The role leads internal and external recruitment, ensuring approvals, descriptions, budgets, and timely postings while supporting relocation and documentation processes.

The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of recruitment experience, a Bachelor's degree, and ideally a PHR/SHRM certification. Expect a standard Monday–Friday schedule with on-site work at our US HQ and active

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field required.
• 4 to 7 years of Recruitment/Placement Specialist experience required.
• PHR or SHRM Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the process for internal and external recruiting with approvals, job descriptions, and salary recommendations.
• Post positions within 36 hours of final approvals and advise on postings.
• Adhere to recruiting budgets and manage postings and advertisements.
• Facilitate relocation processes and ensure budget compliance.
• Fill open positions within 30 business days or less and communicate updates to management.
• Maintain recruitment records, reports, and ADP Recruiting Module data.
• Respond to policy inquiries and update the Employee Handbook and company policies.
