Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Parts America seeks a Sr. Business Partner, Payroll (Temp to Perm) at our Fountain Valley HQ. You will oversee ADP HRIS, payroll processing, and data integrity across multi-state compliance.

Requires 5+ years of HR and 4–7 payroll experience; Bachelor's in HR management; Payroll certifications (PHR/SHRM) preferred; strong communication and system proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience
• 4–7 years of payroll experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field
• Payroll certification or PHR/SHRM preferred

Responsibilities

• Acts as administrator of ADP systems including HRIS, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Tax Compliance and Reporting modules
• Processes bi-weekly payroll
• Audits data in HRIS and Time/Attendance systems and creates reports
• Responds to employee payroll inquiries and supports HR projects
