Qualifications

• Experience applying AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Direct client support and management coaching experience as well as team development/management.

• Understands the business direction and impact of people decisions to influence business objectives.
• Operationalize talent initiatives to support business outcomes.
• Identify and enable initiatives that drive culture, effectiveness, and engagement.
• Partner with People Partners, COEs, and Ops to ensure fit-for-purpose HR solutions.
• Coach senior leaders on people leadership to increase impact.
• Use data and trends to guide leadership and measure success.
• Provide strategic advice on workforce planning, calibration, succession, organization design, change management, and culture.
