Job summary

You will coach executives, analyze workforce data, and design solutions spanning strategic planning, succession, organization design, and leadership development to improve performance and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Direct client support and management coaching experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including problem solving and collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured, high growth, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects.
• Ability to excel at strategic, operational, and tactical HR tasks.
• Credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows up and down; confidence to challenge respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Influence business choices to fulfill objectives and contribute to BU plans.
• Operationalize talent initiatives to support business outcomes.
• Advocate initiatives that drive culture, effectiveness, and engagement.
• Partner with People Partners, COEs, and Ops to deploy fit-for-purpose HR solutions.
• Coach senior leaders on leadership capabilities to increase impact.
• Use data and trends to inform guidance and measure success.
• Provide strategic advice on workforce planning, calibration, organization design, change management, leadership development, and trends.
