Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an HR leader to shape talent strategy, integrate AI into HR processes, and coach senior leaders to elevate people leadership. You will align with People Partners, COEs, and business partners to deliver fit-for-purpose HR solutions in a fast-growing environment.

You will influence workforce planning, culture initiatives, and organizational design while leveraging data trends to guide decisions and drive engagement across the BU.

• Coach senior leaders to enhance people leadership capabilities and impact.
• Use data and trends to guide leadership guidance and measure success.
