Overlake Medical Clinics is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide strategic HR consultation and ongoing support to leaders and staff in clinical and non-clinical departments in Bellevue, WA. The role collaborates with HR Business Partners and the HR Director to align people strategies with organizational goals.

The successful candidate will bring a strong labor relations background, healthcare union experience, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HRBP or labor relations generalist role, preferably in a unionized healthcare setting.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• SHRM certs preferred (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR).
• Experience managing collective bargaining and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Coaching leaders on hiring, performance management, team building, change management and compliance issues.
• Consultation on matters related to the nursing union contract.
• Provide insights based on HR trends and data analysis.
• Evaluate requests for reasonable accommodations.
• Resolve employee concerns including grievances and investigations.
• Participate on the bargaining team during labor negotiations.
