• Reforecast mid-quarter when the WA numbers stop matching the plan
• Audit existing processes and recommend high-impact improvements
• Build relationships with key accounts to drive long-term value
• Surface the two or three metrics that decide whether a Senior HR Manager bet paid off
• Find the friction in the Bellevue customer journey and bill it back to a fix
• Frame the tradeoff so a busy executive can choose in sixty seconds
