Job summary
Overlake Hospital Medical Center in Bellevue, WA is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to deliver strategic HR consultation to clinical and non-clinical hospital departments. You'll coach leaders on hiring, performance management, change management, and labor relations, including nursing union matters, and participate in labor negotiations while supporting a data-driven HR function.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s degree or JD preferred.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Experience in a unionized healthcare setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coaching leaders on hiring, performance management, team building, change management and compliance issues.
- Providing consultation on matters related to nursing union contract.
- Providing meaningful insights and recommendations based on HR trends.
- Evaluating requests for reasonable accommodations.
- Resolving employee concerns including formal grievances.
- Leading employee investigations.
- Participating on the bargaining team during labor negotiations.
