Overlake in Bellevue, WA is seeking an HR professional to provide strategic HR consultation and ongoing support to leaders and employees in clinical and non-clinical hospital departments. You will work with a team of HR Business Partners and our HR Director.

Key priorities include coaching leaders on hiring, performance management, team building, change management, and compliance; advising on nursing union contract matters; delivering HR trend insights and recommendations; handling

Formación

• At least five years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a unionized healthcare setting.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR certifications preferred.
• Experience in a unionized healthcare setting is preferred.
• Advanced HR system experience (Dimensions/Kronos and/or Workday) preferred.
• Proven ability to gather, synthesize, analyze and report employee data.

Responsabilidades

• Coaching leaders on hiring, performance management, team building, change management and compliance issues.
• Providing consultation on matters related to nursing union contracts.
• Providing meaningful insights and recommendations based on HR trends.
• Evaluating requests for reasonable accommodations.
• Resolving employee concerns including formal grievances.
• Leading employee investigations.
• Participating on the bargaining team during labor negotiations.
