Overlake Hospital Medical Center in Bellevue, WA is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to deliver strategic HR consultation to clinical and non-clinical hospital departments. You'll coach leaders on hiring, performance management, change management, and labor relations, including nursing union matters, and participate in labor negotiations while supporting a data-driven HR function.

At least three years of progressively responsible experience as an HR Business Partner, employee and/or labor relations generalist or other role demonstrating a solid understanding of HR fundamentals is required.* Bachelor’s degree required.
