Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner who will serve as a strategic partner to Marketing and R&D leaders within Surgical Technology. You will help shape people strategies that drive business performance, strengthen talent, and support engagement, retention, and performance across the organization.

You will collaborate with HR partners and COEs to implement solutions in talent management, compensation, recruiting, organizational effectiveness, and change management, while

Qualificações

• B.A. or B.S from an accredited university required, or 6+ years of work experience.
• 10+ years of work experience required.
• 10+ years of increasingly responsible HR experience at manager or HRBP level.
• Experience collaborating with COEs and business leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Partners with managers/directors on HR and business matters, delivering aligned solutions.
• Develops and implements programs to strengthen engagement, retention, change management and performance.
• Gathers and analyzes data to identify trends and advise leaders on HR strategy.
