Job summary

At Atlassian we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support the Go-to-Market organization with a focus on Sales. You will partner with Sales leaders and their teams on org design, performance, talent, capability building, culture, and AI-enabled ways of working across the USA/Canada and distributed teams.

You will lead performance and growth cycles, coach sales leaders, and partner with Talent Acquisition on senior hiring and role design, including AI literacy and data-driven

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Principal (Director) HR Business Partner in a large matrixed org.
• Ability to influence SVP/C-suite and navigate ambiguity with limited oversight.
• Strong grounding across org design, performance, talent, rewards and change management.
• Experience driving AI-enabled transformation in knowledge-work environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior Sales leaders to translate business strategy into a people plan.
• Diagnose org health and propose data-driven interventions, including AI tooling.
• Lead performance and growth cycles for client groups and coach leaders.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on senior hiring and role design, including AI literacy.
• Ensure policy, compliance and compensation alignment across regions.
