Job summary

Anaconda is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to drive revenue growth by building the sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

You will shape go-to-market recruiting strategy and partner with leadership to balance quality and speed in a high-growth environment. You will lead full-cycle GTM hiring, advise on market insights, and collaborate across People, Legal, and Finance to scale our recruiting practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 2+ years in-house for GTM roles.
• Experience sourcing Enterprise Account Executives in SaaS/Open Source/Data/AI.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search).
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience communicating private company equity compensation to candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle GTM recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Advise on sourcing strategy and market insights for constrained pools.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers across GTM teams.
• Guide process design for equitable candidate experiences.
• Translate revenue goals into hiring plans with sales leadership.
• Improve recruiting tools, outreach, and employer branding.
• Collaborate with People, Legal, and Finance for scalable growth.
