Job summary

Axon in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders, shaping talent strategy in a high-growth, global environment. This hybrid role emphasizes data-driven decision making, coaching, and proactive program delivery to scale people operations.

You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, driving performance and employee relations across a matrixed organization while collaborating with the Director, People Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required.
• 8+ years in human resources with at least 5 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
• Experience in high-growth, global organizations and strong data skills.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility as an SME and trusted HR leader across supported orgs.
• Identify gaps in the talent lifecycle and design effective solutions.
• Use data to assess organizational health and align leaders on talent strategies.
• Coach leaders from managers to executives on high-performing teams.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced org.
• Drive new People Operations programs and partner across the matrix org.
• Execute performance management, investigations, and employee relations.
