Job summary

AXA XL is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee regional local programs and provide expert HR support across the U.S. You will manage data integrity, reporting, and partnerships with Global HRBPs to align HR strategy with business goals.

The role reports to the Senior HR Business Partner and emphasizes leadership, compliance, and data-driven decision making in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Experience leading regional/local HR teams.
• Expert in HR practices and policies.
• Strong leadership and global partnership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute annual HR programs locally.
• Process employee lifecycle changes (hires, transfers, promotions).
• Deliver HR support to employees and managers.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure compliance.
• Generate reports and perform basic HR data analyses.
• Support HRBPs with org charts and workforce changes.
• Prepare reports and trend analyses for leadership.
