Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to lead a regional HR Advisory team across the Americas. You will translate global HR strategies into local actions, coach leaders, and drive cohesive people solutions in collaboration with Global HRBPs and regional leaders.

The role focuses on high-quality HR support, employee relations, and talent management, with a strong emphasis on leadership, inclusivity, and cross-functional partnerships in a large, global organization.

Qualifications

• Leads, develops and mentors a regional/local team.
• Partnership with Global HRBPs and Segments Heads.
• Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field required.
• Regarded as an expert internally and externally in their field.
• Effective Leadership and management skills with global thinking and local action.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on complex employee relations and organizational challenges across Americas.
• Drive consistency in HR practices and strengthen partnerships with Global HRBPs.
• Translate global HR strategies into effective local execution across the Americas.
• Build, maintain and manage cross-functional partnerships to anticipate training or policy changes.
• Coach business leaders on engaging colleagues and building capabilities.
