Axon is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to own critical employee lifecycle processes across Global R&D. You’ll ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely workforce actions while partnering with leaders and People Operations to drive efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring deep Workday fluency, cross-functional collaboration, and a mindset to leverage AI and automation to streamline HR workflows, balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations.
• Experience with AI, HRIS, or process automation initiatives (Workday, ServiceNow, chatbots).
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Support leaders and projects in execution of global People Operations programs.
• Provide front line onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, and initiatives.
• Act as a superuser for HR and compliance systems and steward of employee data; generate reports with data integrity.
• Provide insights to automate and improve HR processes to enhance the employee experience.
• Coach leaders on employee relations best practices and proactive risk mitigation.
• Lead and embed initiatives to integrate AI and automation into HR workflows.
• Support conflict resolution, employee counseling, and conduct exit interviews.
• Coach and advise leaders on employee relations best practices and proactive risk mitigation.
