Job summary

Axon in Seattle or Scottsdale is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to own critical employee lifecycle processes across Global R&D, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. You will drive data-driven decisions and partner with leaders to deliver high-impact initiatives.

You will leverage Workday fluency and automation to streamline workflows, serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and colleagues, and balance strategic priorities with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Operations or People Operations experience.
• Experience leading AI, HRIS, or process automation initiatives.
• Experience supporting global organizations.
• Strong data governance orientation.
• Ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support leaders and projects in execution of global People Operations programs.
• Provide front line onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management.
• Act as a superuser for HR systems and steward of employee data.
• Provide insights to automate and continuously improve HR processes.
• Coach leaders on employee relations best practices and proactive risk mitigation.
• Lead and embed initiatives to integrate AI and automation into HR workflows.
• Support conflict resolution and exit interviews.
