Qualifications

• Experience in HR at a fast-growing tech company in NA.
• Fluency with employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with AI-focused research/engineering teams.
• Proven ability to coach senior leaders and manage employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and coach to leaders in Research.
• Partner with Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting to support employees.
• Help create high-performance culture aligned with Anthropic values.
• Collaborate with specialist teams to implement scalable programs.
• Lead cross-functional projects with other People Partners.
