Job summary

Bluebeam is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to serve as the trusted partner to engineering and product leadership.

You will support complex global teams with workforce planning, organizational changes, and key talent programs, using data and insights to guide decisions and improve the employee experience. The role involves coaching technical leadership, handling sensitive matters with discretion, and mentoring other HRBPs while driving programs across multiple

Qualifications

• 8+ years in employee relations/engagement or HRBP role
• Experience partnering with engineering leaders (Directors/VPs/Managers) on org design, workforce planning
• Familiarity with the pace and talent dynamics of a technical org
• Ability to generate and analyze people data and translate findings into recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in a global organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with autonomy
• Experience coaching and mentoring leaders and staff
• Experience with facilitating training sessions to employees

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to engineering and product leadership.
• Support complex global teams while partnering with managers and employees for processes and resources.
• Use people data and engineering-specific metrics to identify trends and interventions.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition, organizational change management, learning and development program design and delivery, performance management, etc.
• Plan and execute meaningful internal company engagement aligned with stakeholders.
• Work with leaders to enhance work relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Provide HR policy guidance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Investigate and manage accommodations, coaching and terminations as needed.
• Mentor other HRBPs on the team and lead higher-level training sessions.
