Job summary

Beyond Blue seeks an HR Business Advisor Associate to support leaders in workforce planning, performance management and policy guidance. You will work with HR and leadership to drive engagement and align HR initiatives with business goals.

You will assist with recruitment onboarding, data analysis, and compliance, acting as a liaison with legal and HR partners to ensure consistent practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in human resources or a related area; paid experience required.
• SHRM Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support leaders with workforce planning, performance management, and policies.
• Assist with data analysis and provide recommendations.
• Help with process improvements and organizational restructuring where needed.
• Assist in employee relations, collecting information and coordinating cases.
