Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, with 1+ staff, team lead or project lead experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience may be accepted.
• Masters degree in related field preferred; Workday experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs), providing strategic direction and coaching.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and associates on complex HR initiatives.
• Partner with talent acquisition to develop hiring plans and align HR initiatives with business priorities.
• Coach on all touchpoints of the employment life cycle and collaborate with HR functions to support objectives.
