Job summary

Headway is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our growing Engineering organization in a high-visibility, cross-functional role. You will work closely with HR Business Partner leadership and Engineering leadership to build the people strategy, programs, and policies that enable scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience.
• Partner with senior executives in high-growth or scaling environments.
• Data-driven, using qualitative and quantitative signals to surface insights.
• Build genuine trust with managers through candor, follow-through, and judgment.
• Strong grounding in performance management, org design, and talent development.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments with ownership and discipline.
• Curious about AI tools and able to discuss AI transformation with engineering leaders.
• Model Headway's cultural principles and hold a high bar for performance.
