Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
• Experience helping global and/or highly matrixed organizations scale.
• Consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills at the executive level.
• Effective communication and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusive work environments.
• Demonstrated experience in influencing and solving problems at the organizational level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to VP/Director-level leaders, shaping ATA's organizational strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development at scale
• Design and deliver enterprise-level people solutions with a focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning, talent assessment, succession planning, change management, and organizational effectiveness
• Provide executive coaching and strategic counsel to senior leaders navigating workforce transformation and its human impact
• Proactively identify and address systemic organizational development needs across ATA, influencing the broader People@ function
• Drive data analysis and reporting to identify talent trends, measure transformation impact, and inform strategic decisions
• Lead talent management strategies at the organizational level, including executive talent reviews and leadership pipelines
• Manage and facilitate the Performance Summary Cycle and employee engagement strategy, ensuring calibration across ATA
• Partner with HR colleagues across Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs to architect scalable solutions
• Define guardrails, frameworks, and measurement approaches for AI-driven org changes across Client
