Job summary

Horizon3.ai is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with leaders across Engineering, Product, Design, and Security Research to scale high-performing teams in a fast-growing remote environment. You will translate business goals into people strategies, coach managers, and shape scalable programs with the People Operations team.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of HRBP experience in technology, strong stakeholder influence, and a builder mindset.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HR Business Partner experience in technology organizations.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Product, or other technical teams through periods of rapid growth.
• Strong business acumen translating priorities into practical people strategies.
• Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels using data, judgment, and credibility.
• Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and performance management.
• Strong judgment in employee relations and navigating complex situations.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a builder mindset.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Deep knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and scalable people programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, Security Research, and Data leaders to scale high-performing organizations while delivering the product roadmap.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and resourcing strategies to meet evolving priorities.
• Coach managers and leaders through hypergrowth, building strong management practices.
• Help leaders build high-performing organizations through clear expectations and continuous feedback.
• Partner with People Operations to implement scalable programs and manager enablement.
• Drive data-informed decisions on talent reviews, calibration, succession, and promotions.
• Use organizational health metrics to identify risks and improve team effectiveness.
