Job summary

Thumbtack is hiring a Sr. HRBP who will embed with the HRBP team and drive AI-enabled improvements across HR workflows. The role spans client-facing HRBP support, AI and operations, and employee relations, reporting to the Director of HR Business Partners.

You will partner with managers and employees, identify risks, and develop AI-ready templates, policies, and playbooks to reduce manual work and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience with HRBP work, including AI/automation use cases.
• Demonstrated comfort experimenting with AI tools and delivering working solutions.
• Broad HR practice knowledge: performance, risk, coaching, engagement, retention, planning, ER, culture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client groups as a trusted advisor across the full employee lifecycle.
• Flag legal/compliance risks in day-to-day HR management with global HRBP partners.
• Build AI-powered HRBP workflows and lead rollout, training, and metrics.
