Job summary

Thumbtack is seeking an Partner Operations Analyst to keep our partnerships business running smoothly and scalable. You’ll own partner onboarding, provide ongoing operations support, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to turn new initiatives into repeatable processes.

You’ll work on projects autonomously, applying AI and automation to simplify workflows and launch new programs as our partnerships business grows.

Qualifications

3+ years in operations, partner or account management, customer success, or support operations.
Experience delivering end-to-end processes and cross-functional projects.
Comfortable with Salesforce, Jira, dashboards, APIs and product integrations.
Experience using AI or automation tools to reduce manual work.
Clear written and verbal English; able to work with technical and non-technical partners.
Able to work U.S. hours, including graveyard shifts.

Responsibilities

Own the partner onboarding pipeline from application to marketplace, ensuring partners are set up and active.
Provide ongoing account management for high-value software and marketing partners as their main operational contact.
Lead independent projects from scope to delivery, driving process and systems improvements.
Develop and maintain automation and AI-based tools for data collection, tracking and reporting to reduce manual work.
Support pilots and launches, handling fulfillment and feedback processes.
Coordinate with Engineering, Partnerships and Support to test new tools and push process improvements.
Keep workflows and Jira dashboards up-to-date so leadership can monitor volume and bottlenecks.
