Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with managers and senior leaders, coaching through change and driving programs that improve retention and performance. You will own org design, performance management, and employee relations while building scalable people programs in an AI-native culture.

The role requires 7+ years in People/HR, credibility with engineering teams, and hands-on use of AI to automate HR workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of People/HR experience including advising managers and senior leaders.
• Track record coaching executives and managers through change on org design and talent strategy.
• Experience leading change in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, including restructures.
• Sound judgment and integrity in confidential, high-stakes situations.
• Credibility with demanding technical and engineering teams.
• Strategic thinker who can plan and execute conversations with leaders.
• Hands-on AI mindset, building automations or agentic workflows for HRBP work.
• Fluent in using people data to drive business impact.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to managers and senior leaders at TRM Labs.
• Coach, run org design, own performance and employee relations.
• Drive retention programs and analyze key people metrics.
• Develop scalable people programs across manager development, compensation, talent management, and career growth.
• Lead change initiatives and guide leaders through restructures.
• Build AI-native workflows to improve HR processes and experiences.
