Job summary

Thumbtack is seeking an HRBP with a flair for operations and AI solutions to identify high-impact opportunities and translate them into AI-enabled HRBP workflows. You will embed with the HRBP team, learn the organization, and partner to turn opportunities into products like an exit interview synthesizer or an engagement survey action planner.

The role spans client-facing HRBP support, AI and operations, and employee relations, reporting to the Director of HR Business Partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience with HRBP experience.
• Experience using AI or automation to improve workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with managers.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered HRBP workflows and templates.
• Partner with client groups as trusted advisors across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead rollout, training, and success metrics for AI tools.
