Job summary

Hyundai Mobis is seeking an Assistant Manager, Human Resources to support Benefits, Payroll, Recruitment, HRIS, and compliance while ensuring policy adherence. This role leads HR initiatives and acts as a backup to the HR Manager, fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities include administering programs, maintaining data integrity, preparing workforce analytics, and coordinating annual HR processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required or equivalent experience.
5+ years of Human Resources experience recommended.
Experience with benefits, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, or compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the HR Manager in administering and improving HR programs, systems, and processes.
Serve as a primary resource for payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, onboarding, employee records, and compliance activities.
Assist with planning, prioritization, and execution of HR objectives and initiatives.
Support recruitment and onboarding to ensure timely staffing and positive candidate experiences.
Assist benefits administration including enrollment, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.
Assist payroll data accuracy and reporting; back-up payroll as needed.
Prepare workforce analytics, turnover reports, headcount, and other HR metrics.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and standardization.
Lead or participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.
