Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Transformation Senior Manager to lead and shape HR in the digital age. You will define, shape, sell, and execute HR transformation projects that integrate digital solutions, automation, and organization optimization across client organizations.

You will work with senior stakeholders to improve HR functions, enhance business performance, and elevate employee experience using GenAI, analytics, and modern technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• Minimum of 3 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
• Experience leading large-scale HR transformation projects.
• Experience designing and implementing HR operating models, shared services, and outsourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape HR transformation projects that integrate digital solutions, automation, and process optimization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Develop HR transformation value cases and roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Guide HR operating model design, service delivery, and outsourcing strategies.
• Lead change management efforts and stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption of new HR processes.
