Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Reinvention Manager to shape how organizations transform HR in the digital age. You will define and execute reinvention projects blending HR practices with AI and automation, working with senior client stakeholders to optimize HR operating models and service delivery.

You will lead strategy, analytics, and change management to improve talent management, employee experience and workforce planning, while driving business outcomes and ensuring successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Minimum 2 years leading HR reinvention programs, including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation initiatives.
Minimum 1 year of experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes, employee experience, workforce planning, or talent outcomes.
Minimum of 1 year of Industrial Industry experience

Responsibilities

Lead HR reinvention strategies blending traditional HR with digital innovations like AI, GenAI, and automation.
Develop value cases and roadmaps aligning HR with business strategy and measurable outcomes.
Design and implement HR operating models leveraging shared services, outsourcing, and service delivery optimization.
Lead end-to-end delivery of HR reinvention projects, managing cross-functional teams and integrating new technologies.
