This position is assigned to the Division of Human Resources and oversees the HR Systems Unit, managing the daily functional operations of the Court System’s human resources automated systems. The role ensures data integrity, consistent statewide HR processes, effective end user access and security, and high-quality technical training and support for HR staff and regional offices.
One year in the Senior Management Analyst title; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong HR operations experience with large HRIS platforms, knowledge in Peoplesoft, Kronos, Workday is preferred.
