Job summary

Highmark Health in Pittsburgh is seeking a Senior Project Manager within the HR PMO to lead planning and delivery of strategic HR initiatives. This role partners across HR, HR Technology, Operations, Finance and IT to drive measurable business outcomes.

The incumbent leads cross-functional project teams, balancing priorities, mitigating risks, and escalating issues to ensure successful delivery of multiple high-visibility programs, including HR technology implementations and enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• Required bachelor’s degree in business administration, MIS or related field.
• Preferred master’s degree in MBA or MIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition, planning and delivery of multiple large-scale projects with executive sponsorship.
• Manage day-to-day project operations including budget oversight and staffing to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and provide timely updates and clear communication.
