Job summary

Rosendin seeks a Process Optimization Program Manager Lead, HR Technology, a senior individual contributor who owns the health, functionality, and continuous improvement of Rosendin's HR tech ecosystem, with Workday at the core.

You will lead end-to-end Workday implementations, build a testing framework, manage intake and roadmaps, and collaborate with IT and external vendors to deliver automation and enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
10+ years in HR technology; 5+ years leading Workday implementations.
Expert demonstrated hands-on Workday HCM and 1–2 Workday Modules.
Experience building testing frameworks (UAT, regression, releases).
Strong cross-functional collaboration across HR and IT.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle HR technology implementations and optimization with Workday as the core platform.
Design and maintain a formal testing framework for business processes and Workday releases.
Own configuration decisions, document rationale, and partner with IT for execution.
Evaluate new HR technology needs and options, including integrations.
Map impact across HR modules and drive automation and enhancements.
