Job summary

The American Bankers Association (ABA) is seeking an experienced Senior Director, HR Technology, Operations & Analytics to advance HR systems, data strategy, reporting, and operations. You will partner with executive leadership to drive data-informed decisions, automation, and AI-enabled improvements across the HR function.

Reporting to the EVP, HR Operations & Employee Benefits, you will oversee the HR technology roadmap, governance, workforce analytics, compensation data analysis, and process

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR operations, analytics, or HRIS leadership.
• Experience with Workday HCM and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with AI-enabled HR capabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR technology strategy and roadmap.
• Evaluate and optimize HR tech solutions including Workday.
• Manage technology vendors and system enhancements.
• Lead HR process automation and standardization.
• Maintain HR dashboards and workforce analytics.
• Oversee governance, security, and compliance for HR data.
• Manage major HR technology implementations and change management.
