Job summary

Campbell Soup Company seeks a Sr Manager, HR Technology to lead the portfolio of HR IT solutions, including Workday modules across Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits. You will partner with HR leaders to design, implement, and maintain capabilities that enable scalable, compliant HR operations.

The role requires 8+ years in HR IT with hands-on Workday configuration and 5+ years in integrations, reporting, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in HR IT including background in technology and HR.
• 5+ years configuring Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, etc. in Workday.
• 5+ years experience in integration, reporting and security in Workday.
• 3+ years configuring and implementing Workday solutions including Paradox, Hired Score, Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday modules (Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Reporting & Analytics, Security, Integrations).
• Partner with HR leaders to translate business requirements into technology capabilities and plans.
• Direct Workday implementation and optimization projects, manage budgets, timelines, risks, and resource planning.
• Oversee incident, governance, and service request management; ensure audit and data privacy compliance.
• Lead internal analysts and external partners; mentor team and manage offshore resources.
