Campbell's Company is seeking a Workday Integration Analyst to design, implement, and secure data exchanges across the Workday ecosystem. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to enable reliable reporting and governance across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate brings strong Workday configuration and integration development experience, plus expertise in security administration and cross-module reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of Workday configuration and support experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
• Experience administering Workday security and access controls.
• Strong Workday reporting and analytics experience.
• Experience supporting multiple Workday modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services, and Workday APIs.
• Manage inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems including Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Identity Management, Learning, and ERP platforms.
• Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Coordinate integration testing for Workday releases and business initiatives.
• Develop integration documentation, support procedures, and technical specifications.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and optimize data interfaces.
• Ensure integration solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain security documentation and role design standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Create executive, operational, compliance, and audit reporting.
• Support workforce planning, talent, payroll, compensation, and regulatory reporting needs.
